At Kicks On Canvas™, each piece is crafted to order with premium materials and attention to detail. Because of the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final.



No Returns or Refunds



We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any orders once they have been placed.



Damaged or Incorrect Items



If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, we will take care of it.


To qualify:


  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the issue
  • Include your order number



Once verified, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.



Order Changes & Cancellations



Orders are processed quickly.

You may request changes or cancellations within 12 hours of purchase. After that, all orders are locked into production.



Shipping Responsibility



Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information.

We are not responsible for:


  • Incorrect addresses
  • Carrier delays once the order has shipped

We stand behind every canvas we produce. If there is an issue on our end, we will make it right with a replacement.
